Terms of use for these pages and for commissions

These terms govern your use of the pages at sensorstreamcore.digital and, where you accept a written quote, the commission described in that quote. They are governed by the laws of Georgia. The desk is Sensorstreamcore Analytics, Level 7, 18 Chavchavadze Avenue, Kutaisi 4600.

Acceptance

By reading these pages you agree to use them without scraping in bulk, without attempting to break the forms, and without presenting our specimen charts as your own site’s measurements. By paying a deposit on a quote you accept the scope, fee, and timetable in that letter, which prevails over marketing sentences on this site if they differ.

The work

We draw and read sensor series that you supply. We do not warrant that an instrument is accurate, safe, or correctly installed. Figures and written readings are professional opinions based on the file you sent and the facts you stated. They are not a substitute for the judgement of the person responsible for the plant, the house, or the works.

Intellectual property

The design of this website belongs to Sensorstreamcore Analytics. Your log remains yours. The figures and the written reading we produce for a paid commission are licensed to you for your internal use and for showing to a board, an inspector, or a contractor you name. They may not be resold as a stock chart pack. Specimen images on the public pages are illustrative and are not your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Georgian law, we are not liable for production losses, crop losses, or regulatory outcomes that follow a decision you take after a reading. Our liability for a paid commission, if a court finds us responsible, is limited to the fee paid for that commission. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law, including liability for wilful misconduct.

Quotes and this site

Prices on the rates page are starting figures. A quote is an offer open for fourteen days unless the letter says otherwise. This website does not take payment.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from a commission or from use of the site are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. We prefer to write first and meet in Kutaisi before anyone files a claim.
