Refunds, deposits, and unfinished drawings
This page applies to commissions with Sensorstreamcore Analytics: chart sets, full interpretations, instrument walkthroughs, and standing monthly readings. We do not sell goods by post and we do not take payment on this website. Refunds, when due, go back by the same bank transfer method you used, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Eligibility
A refund is considered when you cancel in writing before the relevant stage below, when we cannot complete work for a reason on our side, or when a delivered figure set is not what the accepted quote described (wrong channels, missing agreed event marks). Taste — wishing the line looked “steadier” — is not a defect.
Timeframe
Write to info@sensorstreamcore.digital or telephone +995 431 555 436. We acknowledge refund requests within five working days and aim to complete an agreed refund within fourteen working days after we have your account details.
Deposits
The deposit in a quote holds calendar time on the desk. If you cancel before we have opened the log, the deposit is returned minus a small administrative amount stated in the quote (if the quote is silent, 40 GEL). If we have already begun drawing or transcription, the deposit is kept against time already spent; any unused remainder is returned.
Full or partial refund
- Full refund of sums paid: we cancel before starting, or we cannot attend an agreed walkthrough for our own reasons and you do not want a new date.
- Partial refund: work has started (transcription, drawing, a draft reading) but you stop the commission. You pay for stages finished; the rest returns.
- No refund of the fee for a stage once that stage’s pages have been delivered and five working days for name-and-axis corrections have passed, except where the quote was not followed.
Non-refundable items
Time already spent transcribing paper charts, travel already bought for a walkthrough, and print costs for pages you asked to have printed are not returned once incurred. Specimen viewing on this website is free and has nothing to refund.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel a briefing or a walkthrough by writing at least two working days before the appointment. Later cancellations, or a no-show at the site or at Level 7, 18 Chavchavadze Avenue, Kutaisi 4600, forfeit the appointment fee or the half-day walkthrough fee, whichever applies. We will offer one free reschedule if you write in time.
Standing monthly readings
A month whose file we have already drawn is payable. If you stop with notice at a month end, unused future months are not charged. A retainer paid in advance for months not yet drawn is returned for those unused months, minus any agreed notice period in the standing letter.
Work already started
Once figures are in draft, stopping the work does not require us to delete the draft from our file until the retention period in the privacy notice ends, unless you ask us to destroy the log and no law requires us to keep accounts. Destruction of the log does not by itself create a refund beyond the unused-stage rule above.
Materials
We do not buy probes or paper chart rolls on your behalf as a shop. If, exceptionally, we purchase print stock solely for your pages, that outlay is not refundable after purchase.
