Privacy notice for logs, letters, and this site
This notice describes how Sensorstreamcore Analytics (“we”), Level 7, 18 Chavchavadze Avenue, Kutaisi 4600, holds information when you write to us, use this site, or send a sensor log. We are the data controller for that information. Write to info@sensorstreamcore.digital or telephone +995 431 555 436.
What we hold
- Name, email, telephone if you give it, and the text of your message.
- Service interest, preferred briefing date, and notes on instruments or channels.
- Sensor logs and supporting photographs you send for a commission, including units, time stamps, and any staff names that appear in the file.
- Cookie preference as described in the cookie notice.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, health records, or payment-card numbers through this site.
Why we hold it
We reply to enquiries, draw and read the series you commission, keep records required for accounting under Georgian law, and remember whether you accepted or refused cookies. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small reading room, and legal obligation where accounts must be kept.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become a commission are kept up to twelve months. Logs, figures, and readings for a paid commission are kept up to five years unless a longer period is required for tax records or a dispute. Cookie preference remains until you clear it or it expires as set out on the cookie page.
Who we share with
We do not sell lists. We may share what is necessary with an accountant, a lawyer, or a hosting provider who stores this website, each bound to keep it close. If a log contains a third party’s personal data that you should not have sent, we will ask you to send a cleaned file.
International transfers
The website may be hosted outside Georgia. If a transfer occurs, we use a provider who offers contractual safeguards customary for such hosting. Sensor logs for drawing are kept in the Kutaisi room and on a limited office copy; we do not place client series on public pages.
Your rights
Subject to Georgian data-protection rules, you may ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to delete it where we have no duty to keep it, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to complain to the State Inspector’s Service or the successor authority in Georgia. We will need enough detail to find your file.
Children
These pages are written for people commissioning work, not for children. We do not knowingly keep information about a child.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will date the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you have seen the new text.
