Send the instruments, the date range, and the question you want the line to answer. Do not attach passwords or personal files that are not the log. If the series is large, describe it first; we will say how to send it.
The desk reads notes on working days. You should have a written reply within three working days, even if that reply is only a list of missing units. Briefings are not offered on the morning a file first arrives.
